Prepared and Served for your family on a one meter handcrafted Indian antique wooden platter.



Morrocan Lamb

Served on a bed of middle eastern infused couscous, lashings of labne, dried fruit, drizzled in pomegranate molasses and mint. Blowtorched before serving for crispy lamb edges… and a wow factor food theatre for your guests.


Farrouj Meshwi: Lebanese Barbeque Smoked Chicken

Succulent chicken barbequed over charcoal for extra smokiness with lemon scented sumac. Served on Arabic lamb spiced rice, piled with nuts and aromatic garnishes. Served with toum, an Arabic garlic sauce. Think aioli but better!


These dishes will be accompanied by the following sides:

Double Cooked Roast potatoes

Doused in garlic infused herb oil and sprinkled with sumac.


Middle eastern caramelised fig salad

Herbs and greens tossed in a delicate dressing, with smashed fetta, segments of orange, fresh herbs, seeds and nuts


An Assortment of Seasonal Roasted vegetables

Maple baked pumpkin, zattar roasted cauliflower, whole vine balsamic tomatoes and fennel honey roasted carrots
