Served on a bed of middle eastern infused couscous, lashings of labne, dried fruit, drizzled in pomegranate molasses and mint. Blowtorched before serving for crispy lamb edges… and a wow factor food theatre for your guests.
Farrouj Meshwi: Lebanese Barbeque Smoked Chicken
Succulent chicken barbequed over charcoal for extra smokiness with lemon scented sumac. Served on Arabic lamb spiced rice, piled with nuts and aromatic garnishes. Served with toum, an Arabic garlic sauce. Think aioli but better!
