The Evening Star
A beautiful 30-foot S+S Sailing Yacht located in the picturesque location of Clareville on the Northern Beaches of Sydney.

We offer persoanlised experiences aboard the evening star, so if you would like an intimate space for a special occasion, a celebration, or simply enjoy the sights of beautiful Sydney. Then we would love to have you on board. Here is an example itinerary:

3 PM Pick up From the Royal Yacht Club in Newport

Champagne on arrival, tour, and introductions

3:30 PM Sail to Scotland Island, Morning Bay Then to a private beach for a swim or a wonder.

5-6 PM Sail to Palm Beach for nibbles and sunset drinks.

Twilight Sail back to the RMYC in Newport

We personalise every detail of your voyage... the locations, the drinks, the activities and the food.
You will have your own private chef who will craft a menu to you and your guests. Here are some sample menu items:

We love matching food to drinks and specialise in private whiskey tastings, gin tastings, Martini matched meals, wine-matched food, and cocktails matched to your personality. Or we can simply have some Champagne and beer on ice ready for your arrival.
Your Hosts
Hello and welcome to this truly unique experience that comes about when a chef marries a sailor.
We bought the evening star in 2021 after falling in love with its unique, private, and luxurious interior we decided it was too special to keep to ourselves.
So Chantal brings a passion for all things food, wine and whiskey and Ian brigns the love of all things sailing and oceans.

So whether you want to come on board and learn the ropes or just want a private and intimate occasion with your loved ones... we can't wait to meet you and host you on the beautiful Pittwater in Sydney.
Ready To Enquire?
Our packages start from $290 per person for a four hour package of sailing, food and drinks. The Evening Star Can accomodate up to 6 people comfortably. We can also offer a docked experience for 1-2 hours for up to 8 people.
Each of our experiences is tailored to you. So after completing the form below we will give you a call to discuss your event. We will then send you a sample, itinerary, and menu for your approval and then your date will be locked in.
